Data we process

This website processes only the following personal data:

• Contact form: name, company, email address, country, machine type and your message.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time of access, requested page — standard web-server logging for security and troubleshooting.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact form data is processed to respond to your enquiry, on the legal bases of steps taken prior to a contract (KVKK art. 5/2(c)) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2(f)). Server logs are processed to keep the site secure, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary technical cookie (request-forgery protection) is used for form security; it does not profile you.

Transfers

Contact form submissions reach us by email; our email is hosted on Microsoft 365, so messages may be processed in Microsoft's data centres. Beyond that, your personal data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Disclosures legally required by competent authorities are reserved.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for a reasonable period after your enquiry is resolved; server logs are kept for a limited security-retention period, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with it,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
