DMS Tech is an engineering company founded in Istanbul in 1999. We build the software behind self-service machines — the edge, the cloud and the browser — for operators and machine builders in Turkey and abroad.
Who we are
An engineering company, not a reseller
We have spent a quarter of a century on one problem: making self-service machines take payment, report data and be run remotely — reliably, on hardware we don't lock you into.
DMS Tech was founded in 1999 in Ataşehir, Istanbul, and put the first online card payment on a vending machine that same year. What began as a payment problem grew into a full engineering practice: custom electronics, machine protocols, Android edge software and a multi-tenant cloud.
Today that work is one platform — Hero Nexus on the machine, QuadC in the cloud, HERO in the browser — used by operators and machine builders to run mixed fleets across many categories. We stay deliberately hardware-independent, so our customers are never trapped on a single terminal vendor.
We are a small, senior engineering team. When you talk to us, you talk to the people who build the product.
